At Joynremote, we prioritize the protection of your information. Our privacy policy outlines how we handle data, assets, and any information provided to us by our clients. Rest assured that your privacy is our utmost concern.

This privacy policy specifically pertains to Joynremote and does not extend to the practices of external companies, third parties not under our ownership or control, or individuals not employed or managed by Joynremote. It also includes third-party content contributors bound by contract. In this policy, “Information” refers to any data voluntarily provided by our clients for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations. Joynremote reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice and at its sole discretion. Please ensure you have the latest version of this policy for your reference. Our privacy policy is designed to adhere to applicable privacy laws governing the collection and usage of personal data in our engagements with customers and clients.

Information Collection and Use

At Joynremote, we prioritize the privacy of our valued customers and clients. This policy outlines Joynremote’s approach to collecting, storing, and processing information across all our global offices. We retain the right to make occasional policy changes at our discretion, ensuring transparency and accountability in handling information.

Information Collection:

All customer/client information collected by Joynremote is used strictly for its intended purpose as defined in the agreement. We prioritize the protection of customer information, including NPI, PII, and more, by implementing robust controls and security measures such as username and password protocols. When clients/customers place orders for our products through the web using the “order form,” we collect necessary details such as name, email, shipping address, and financial information (credit card number, expiration date) solely for billing and order fulfillment purposes. In the event of any issues with order processing, we may use this information to contact the respective clients/customers.

Information Use:

Joynremote utilizes collected information in the following ways:

  • Providing clients/customers with updates on product upgrades, new products, services, newsletters, informative emails, and future product ideas or improvements.
  • Assisting Joynremote in creating relevant content tailored to clients/customers.
  • Enhancing products and services to better meet the needs of clients/customers.
  • Enabling clients/customers to purchase, download, manage licenses, and access services.
  • Facilitating the sharing of important software, service, or product information with clients/customers.
  • Usage of cookies: A cookie is a data piece stored on the user’s computer, unrelated to personally identifiable information. We utilize session ID cookies, which terminate once the browser is closed. These cookies maintain user identity, eliminating the need for multiple logins within a web session. You have the option to disable cookies following your browser’s guidelines. Disabling cookies may still allow access to our site, depending on your location within it.

The collected information is compiled and analyzed solely to enhance our products and services. It is not utilized to personally identify our clients/customers. We do not sell Non Public Information or Personally Identifiable Information to third parties without the prior consent of clients/customers, except for authorized third parties and those involved in the e-commerce distribution chain (e.g., vendors, suppliers) who may require access to some personal information. For instance, shipping companies may receive your name and address when we ship an order. We do not grant third parties access to individual transaction data, except as specified in this privacy policy.

Communications of Information

At Joynremote, we prioritize user privacy and strive to protect personal information. However, there are circumstances where we may be required to disclose personal information due to legal obligations. If we have a good-faith belief that it is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our products, services, or website, we may disclose personal information as required by law.

Please note that Joynremote includes links to external sites on its websites as part of the services provided to clients. We want to emphasize that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites. We encourage clients/customers to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information when redirected to external sites, whether voluntarily or involuntarily. This privacy statement applies solely to the information collected by Joynremote as part of our engagement with customers and clients through our products, services, or website.

When collecting sensitive information such as credit card numbers and billing information, Joynremote employs industry-standard encryption technology to protect and secure the information. We have implemented physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of the information we collect within our applications. Our office premises restrict access to all user information, including sensitive information mentioned above.

To respect the privacy of personal information received from minors/children (individuals under the age of 18), Joynremote does not knowingly collect or receive such information through company portals and websites. If we become aware that personal information from a minor is available on our portals or websites, it will be promptly deleted.

If a customer or client’s personally identifiable information changes, such as zip code, phone number, email, or postal address, or if a client no longer uses our service, Joynremote will correct, update, or delete the personally identifiable information upon request.

Joynremote ensures to notify clients of changes to its privacy policy. Any changes will be posted as part of this privacy statement on our website and other relevant platforms to ensure that our users, customers, and clients are always informed about the information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If we intend to use users’ personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection, we will provide notice of the change on our website for a period of 30 days.

If any provisions of this privacy policy are deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain unaffected, and the unenforceable provision(s) will be replaced with enforceable provision(s) that align with the original intent of the policy.
