We prioritize the protection of customer information, including NPI, PII, and more, by implementing robust controls and security measures such as username and password protocols. When clients/customers place orders for our products through the web using the “order form,” we collect necessary details such as name, email, shipping address, and financial information (credit card number, expiration date) solely for billing and order fulfillment purposes. In the event of any issues with order processing, we may use this information to contact the respective clients/customers.
Joynremote utilizes collected information in the following ways:
- Providing clients/customers with updates on product upgrades, new products, services, newsletters, informative emails, and future product ideas or improvements.
- Assisting Joynremote in creating relevant content tailored to clients/customers.
- Enhancing products and services to better meet the needs of clients/customers.
- Enabling clients/customers to purchase, download, manage licenses, and access services.
- Facilitating the sharing of important software, service, or product information with clients/customers.
- Usage of cookies: A cookie is a data piece stored on the user’s computer, unrelated to personally identifiable information. When collecting sensitive information such as credit card numbers and billing information, Joynremote employs industry-standard encryption technology to protect and secure the information. We have implemented physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of the information we collect within our applications. Our office premises restrict access to all user information, including sensitive information mentioned above.
To respect the privacy of personal information received from minors/children (individuals under the age of 18), Joynremote does not knowingly collect or receive such information through company portals and websites. If we become aware that personal information from a minor is available on our portals or websites, it will be promptly deleted.
If a customer or client’s personally identifiable information changes, such as zip code, phone number, email, or postal address, or if a client no longer uses our service, Joynremote will correct, update, or delete the personally identifiable information upon request.
